"We loved our stay at Otonomus Tulum. The aparthotel is new and modern and tastefully decorated. We had our own private lounge pool, which was perfect to hop in for morning stretching or just to cool off. The main pool was awesome. We had it to ourselves most days/night. It's long and great for laps but also has a shalow end perfect for sitting around. "Had an amazing stay at NAJ Tulum. The room gave off the tulum esthetics and we also had a private plunge pool. Had access to the roof top pool as well which was empty each time we went up which I loved! Braulio & Alfonso made us feel very safe and welcomed. Will definitely visit again when coming to tulum. Thanks again!!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Piedra. The value for money is unbeatable. 1000 square feet of living space with high ceilings and as an added bonus, a netted/webbed lounging area that doubles as a trampoline for kids. It was also nice having two distinct rooftop areas, one of which we had to ourselves. Hugo is very approachable and great to chat with, and Modesto looked after us very nicely. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but the price is a fraction of Hilton prices. Very comfy bed as well!...

"First off Camilla was our tour guide daily. She had multiple local activities for us to do. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazingly comfortable and the balcony was a great place to hang out when we were not adventurizing! Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and all reasonably priced. Lovely hotel! I would recommend to anyone!"

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "

"We had a lovely stay at NHOA aparthotel in February. If you book through Expedia, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as Expedia does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. Once you are in touch directly, Karla was very responsive and it’s very easy to get in and out. The area and the building are both gated with a security guard so it feels very safe. "The hotel was a little hard to find. Due to my poor internet service. I recommend you download google maps so this will not be an issue for other people. Once I found the hotel the receptionist was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and beautiful. Hotel internet service worked very well. The pool was very nice. The area is well lit and safe. There is a security guard overnight. It was very quiet and relaxing. "

Unfortunately, we ran out of water for a day and did not receive a response until 14 hours later. "Property was new and clean, kitchen was well equipped with all new utensils Only thing missing was a toaster. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished, the staff were really attentive and promptly got us everything we needed, the only problem was it was hard to find our way around at night as there was no street lights and proper street signs, you definitely need a car."

"It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place. "

"I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker...

"This was our first time at this property. Very nice that you had more than plenty walking paths, needed to be marked better. I got turned around several times and I am pretty good with direction. We found it strange that the family side had swim up bars but not the adult only. The private TRS Beach was nice and had great food choices (if it was stocked and ready to go). The service when it comes to the resturants weren't as attentive compared to others we have been to. Overall a great time and beautiful place. "

Bahia Principe Grand Coba - All Inclusive

"Stayed here for a week and loved it! The buffet is great, and the restaurants are amazing!!!! I went to the gym everyday, and it's a gym! The pools & bars are great too. Lines at the bar can sometimes be a little long and they could use a 2nd bartender to jump in during those times. But, it wasn't too bad. Our room was really great too. A BIG shout out to Antonio, one of the entertainment staff! He was so wonderful and would stop every to chat with us! And, another big shout out to Aure, one of the waitress at the buffet. She was sweet and attentive and would have our drinks for us before we even asked! This is my 2nd time to this resort, and I'd go again!"
