"The NH Collection in Sevilla is everything you wish for in a four star. It was very modern, great and friendly staff, nearby the center, awesome breakfast buffet. We even got an upgrade because our regular rooms were not ready yet. Overall really great stay, it made us enjoy our visit to Sevilla even more."

"There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least. Oscar Leboeuf"

The placement of electrical/USB outlets in the bedroom area didn't line up with the placement of the furniture, especially near to the glass counter/work station under the TV screen and next to the night stands alongside the bed. "Delightful 4-day stay at this way-above-average charming hotel. The location could not be more convenient if you want to spend time in the historic areas. "This hotel is located in very good neighborhood, lots of dining options, hotel is renovated. You have to be really careful in the Parking garage,it is very tight, it will take time to park the car without the accident. But you can find parking on the street also. "
