The Temecula wineries are widely known as the "Napa Valley" of Southern California. Whether it is experiencing the breathtaking views from the hot air balloons, or playing a round of golf on many courses surrounding the area. We are within walking distance to Murrieta Tennis Club and the Murrieta Hot Springs.
During your stay we have a property manager onsite to help accommodate you with anything you need or any questions you may have. The host can also be reached by phone.

This is Angie the property manager, I will be helping you throughout your stay and with any questions or concerns you may have about the property.
As of December 21st, 2020 the city council of Murrieta has set fourth new rules and regulations in regards to /STR's rental properties. In order for us to stay in compliance with these new regulations we had to make some adjustments to our house rules.
Please review the house manual/rules in the attachment to familiarize yourself with the property. We have a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you respect our neighbors and adhere to the quiet hours; Sun-Thurs at 9pm; Fri-Sat at 10pm.
1) We have noise monitors and external cameras around the outside premise of the property. If noise monitors detect excessive noise over 45 decibels during quiet hours, there will be an additional fee of $100. If the property manager has to come out and handle a noise complaint, there will be a fee of $300. If the police are called to the house due to noise disturbance, there will be a fee of $500.
2) (Check-in) 4pm (Check-out) 11am
Late checkout- after 30mins $75 penalty. After 2 hours you will be charged for an additional base rate without discounts. This does not award you possession of an extra day.
3) Heated Spa- there will be no charge up to 4 hours daily.
Additional hours; $50 per hour.
4) Quiet hours Sun-Thurs 9pm-7am. Fri-Sat 10pm- 7am.
5) Only registered guest
6) NO PARTIES.
7) No smoking/illegal drugs in or around the property. ($200 fee)
8) No pets
9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
10) No shoes in carpeted areas
11) Rinse dishes/pans and place in the dishwasher
12) Turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property. Lock all doors when leaving the property.
13) No tampering of Ring/Video cameras outside the property and Noise monitors. ($200 fee)
14) Abide by all lease agreements, city and state laws
15) Parking- 3 vehicles are allowed for this property. You will receive a parking permit upon your arrival from the property manager.
16) No more than 9 people on the property during day time. Maximum of 8 for overnight stay. More than 10 people will be considered a party and are subject for removal from the property. "Day time hours, per City Ordinance, are 7:00 AM to 10 PM Daily."

In light of the recent COVID-19 events, I have instructed the house cleaning staff to wipe down (using a disinfectant) all high touch areas of the house including fridge/freezer handles, counter tops, tables, remotes, light switches, handrails, door knobs, etc. Bathroom and kitchens are routinely fully cleaned and disinfected (toilets, sinks, faucets, bath). All towels, sheets and pillowcases are washed with detergent after each guest.
