Each cup is made individually and slowly. The dinner was just so so. The spa was great. People should be aware they do not serve alcohol, even though is a terrific location for a drink. "

We booked two waterfront view rooms, and although there was an issue at check-in where one of our rooms was placed in the back, the staff resolved it after we pointed out that we had paid for riverfront views. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the waterfront view was beautiful. However, the breakfast was disappointing. When we asked for coffee, we were told they only had cappuccino. "The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was really on the ball. They arranged a car for us to Luxor, with a couple of stops along the way (I recommend this). The only drawback for some people may be that it's adjacent to the bazaar. We found it charming to sit on the balcony and observe the hustle and bustle of the bazaar. Also, it closed at a reasonable hour. Still, if you want peace and quiet at 8am, you may want to at least ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. "
