"Rooms for our family were spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items, pastries, an espresso machine, juices, etc. We were really happy with the location as well. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, setting up a table for us one evening when we came back with takeout from a restaurant that hadn't had a table for us, and booking a taxi for us the morning we needed to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great location within walking distance of many historical pubs. Belfast has become a place worth the visit. Not too bad for parking considering it is the city centre. Clean rooms. Wonderful, very helpful staff. 😊👍"

"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "

We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher. The rooftop bar was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant which was nice. Staff were all very friendly. Great location. Thankyou for a great stay. "
