"Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. "The hotel and property was very nice. We stayed for four nights. Check in and check out was smooth. We rented a car while here and the parking was good no problems with that. The restaurant options were good although I would not recommend an all inclusive package for this. We got the all inclusive package and although it included food and drinks, it seemed that you would get better service if you did not have the all inclusive option for food. "Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle. "We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for 3 weeks - working & holiday. Room was really good (had a duplex 1 bedroom apartment) had all we needed and a fantastic view out to sea.
