"My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate! "

"The entrance to the hotel is located in a small street (alley). I arrived late at night (around 9 or 10 pm) and it was difficult to find. Walking distance to the Mercado, taxis and many stores."
