"Everyone it was really nice."

"Room was spacious and pretty. Our specific room had a small living room, one open bedroom with two queen sized beds and another room with a door. AC in small room and in living room that freshened the open bedroom. Bed and pillow were just right for my liking. Bathroom had a tub. Toilet and shower entrance were very tight. Shower water flow was fine; water warm. Gardens are incredibly beautiful and peaceful! I highly recommend. "

"I booked 4 rooms for myself & guests. 2 rooms were ok more or less as expected although the toilet was in the shower???. 2 rooms were poor - when my guest woke to a water break at 2:00 AM they were not even offered another room. The hotel was by no means full! The other poor room was extremely small. They could not move around the bed it was so small. Neither of the poor rooms had air conditioning only a ceiling fan."

"Property was great but the air conditioning didn’t work. They were informed early that day right after checkin. We returned late to be informed that air conditioning was not working. 1am they decided to give us a new room. No compensation only a different room. Horrible "
