Villa Calù is a beautiful villa in Sardinia at the marina of Tertenia with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of Monte Ferru and Cartuceddu. Swimming pool with emerald water 2 km from the beach and commercial activities.

The villa has two levels: on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom with TV in the room, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 bathroom in the common area, 1 living room with sofa, a large kitchen full equipped and a large patio equipped with table and chairs for evening dinners.
Upstairs there are 3 double rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and a living area with sofa and TV.

The villa also has TV, air conditioning, wifi, table tennis, deckchairs and sun loungers by the pool.

Overall a pleasant stay
The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very "tired". It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint. But it was clean and the facilities were adequate. The showers were very old fashioned and tiny. But the location of the property was perfect. We found many excellent restaurants nearby and Foxi Manna Beach was as good as I have ever been to. Overall a positive review but the property itself needs to be modernised and updated.

Plezierig verblijf met name door de beheerder ter plekke met zijn humor. Wat ons betreft hadden er in de omgeving wel wat meer activiteiten kunnen zijn, aangezien het seizoen op Sardinië blijkbaar heel kort is en er al heel veel restaurants en activiteiten vanaf half september gesloten zijn…

Perfekt! Das Haus ist geräumig und man sieht in der Ferne das Meer. Für 9-10 Personen war alles da. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hat selbst täglich den Pool gereinigt. Zu empfehlen!!

The perfect stay
I need to admit that we have nevery stayed in such a clean and well-organized propertiy. You will find literally everything you need in this household. Yes, it is a very calm area, but you will find from Supermarket to Restaurant everything required within short distance - perfect for switching off for a few days. The cherry on the ice cream is the owner Pierpaolo - he is more than supportive in all regards of questions for the area, restaurant recommendations or where to find the next medic ;-) Overall I can summarize this as the perfect stay (also on behalf of my 5 kids in the age of 3 to 16, and another three grown-ups)

Wir genossen unsere Familienferien in vollen Zügen, alles stimmte. Es ist eine grossartige Villa, total sauber, inkl. Pool. Die Lage mit den wunderbaren Sonnenaufgängen einfach einmalig. Weg zum schönen Strand nicht weit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und hatten einen schönen Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die sehr herzlich sind. Wir hoffen, wieder einmal eine Gelegenheit zu haben, die Villa Calu zu mieten.

DerAufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles sofort erledigt wenn was nicht gepasst hat. Waren viel mit den Motorrädern unterwegs, super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagestouren. Der Pool war super, wurde jedenTag gereinigt und PH-Wert gemessen. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Haus/Objekt ist von meiner Seite aus sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Great experiencel
Very well maintained spacious house with a great view towards the sea. Beach is 5 mins away and the house has a large pool. Owners are very friendly and responsive, they also brought us fresh fruit from their garden on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great vacation.

The overall impression was: everything tuto bene! The villa sis perfekt for 9 Persons (4 adults and 5 Teenagers). The pool is very nice, also the view. The hosts are absolutely lovely! Gracie!

Ruhe und Entspannung, mit guter Aussicht.
Meine Freunde und ich haben eine gute und entspannte Zeit im Haus verbringen können. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Aussicht auf das Meer trägt seinen Teil zum Wohlbefinden bei. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder :-) Sonnige Grüsse aus der Schweiz.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus an toller Lage. Aussicht phanomenal. Äusserst freundlicher Empfang mit Wurst und Wein. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Wasserpumpe ist sehr laut und in der Nacht störend. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Toller Spätsommerurlaub!
Mit zwei Familien (insg. 9 Personen) hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit noch im Oktober. Der Pool war offen, genauso wie der Blick auf das Meer. Super freundliche Gastgeber und viel Raum im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Halbe Stunde zu Fuß (oder schnell mit dem Auto) zum Strand. Sehr schöne Umgebung und als Startpunkt für Ausflüge (Strände, Wanderungen, Stadtausflüge (Tortoli, Arbatax, mit etwas mehr Anfahrt auch Cagliari) gut geeignet.

Super nette Gastgeber, tolle Lage. Die Einrichtung könnte etwas liebevoller und moderner sein. Aber grundsätzlich alles bestens. Man muss beachten, dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und die Wohnung im Obergeschoss getrennte Wohnungen sind und keine direkte Verbindung haben. Wann muss die Außentreppe benutzen. Das ist aber grundsätzlich kein Problem

Ideal für Gruppen
Zu neunt haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, die wir zusammen gebucht hatten. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, und es stehen ausreichend Bäder zur Verfügung. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten hervorragend. Mehrere Aufenthaltsplätze im Aussenbereich stehen zur Verfügung, sodass wir auch als größere Gruppe ausreichend Privatsphäre hatten. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte hatten wir. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und gepflegt mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen und -schirmen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, allerdings nicht fußläufig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage und tollen Gastgebern!!!
Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen! Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und falls etwas fehlte, waren die Gastgeber stets bemüht uns zu helfen und die Dinge zu besorgen! :) Die Lage des Hauses ist grandios - ein ausreichend großer Supermarkt ist nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ebenso Restaurants und zwei Buchten mit tollem Sandstrand! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Aussicht direkt vom Haus und Pool aus ist spektakulär, zu sehen ist das Meer und ein kleines Gebirge. Einmal in der Woche wurde das Haus sogar gereinigt, inklusive Bettenwechsel und Austausch der Handtücher. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle auch nochmal bei Ilaria und Paoblo bedanken! Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren niemals aufdringlich und haben sich dennoch um alles gekümmert! Danke für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Wir wünschen auch alles Gute :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung an südlicher Ostküste
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Calu. Alles ist sauber, der Ausblick ist super und der Pool wunderbar. Die Gastgeber wohnen im oberen Stockwerk und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Kommunikation ist aber nur auf italienisch möglich (bei uns via Translator-App). Leider wird derzeit ein neues Haus auf dem Grundstück gebaut, sodass nur 15 Meter entfernt oft Baustellen-Lärm war. Ein Mietwagen ist unabdingbar, weil man immer erst mal aus dem Tal rausfahren muss.

Beste Gastgeber und sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir können uns einfach nur für die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber, sowie der Agentur bedanken. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, mit einem phantastischen Blick auf das Meer und in das Tal von Sarrala, der Marina di Tertenia. Auch wenn wir in der Nachsaison auf Sardinien waren, ist dies mit Sicherheit eine wunderbare Jahreszeit auch noch zum Baden und vor allem zum Wandern. Wir können nicht sagen, welcher der vielen unterschiedlichen Badestrände unser Lieblingsstrand geworden ist und wenn man sich rechtzeitig kümmert, gibt es keinerlei Einschränkungen für Bootstouren, Besuch einer großartigen Grotte und gutes Essen in ausgewählten Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Einfach nur schön. Danke!
