"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....

"This property is lovely - especially if you book the deluxe sea view suite. This resort is located on Kamala beach which I loved because it was away from the hustle and bustle of mainland Phuket. There’s also a free shuttle to and from the beach which was very convenient! Initially there was a mix-up with the room I booked - however the resort corrected this issue with a very nice credit that I could use on the resort. Thank you for the hospitality!! "
