"Due to last minute changes to travel plans we arrived at 8am exhausted from a bus boat and train trip after a cancelled flight. John at the desk said he would check with house keeping as soon as they came in to see how early we could get in. He offered coffee while we waited. 15 minutes later we had our keys with early check in fee waived. Hotel is in a great location at the docks with great vies. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and great quality. ...
