"Brilliant hotel we were upgraded to a suite it was massive ,very nicely decorated, very clean .comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious we didn’t use the bath but the shower was great twin sinks with plenty of shelving for products . Shower gel shampoo and conditioner were lovely. Tea and coffee station was very good and well stocked nice to have bottled water in the room ."

"It is located on Church Street so you are literally right in the center of everything. There are a lot of homeless people there, but the property itself is safe. There is no parking on the premises, but it’s not too far away either. I would definitely stay here again "

"What a beautifull hotel right on the docks would stay here again so friendly rooms so clean and accomodate you for everything only down fall was breakfast in morning was so unorganised and queing waiting as was no breakfast and need to re arrange drink machine for coffee away from breakfast side as queues everywhere other than that this place is faultless own carpark gym laudry room staff as so polite and helpfull ."

"Great location, directly facing the M S Arena. Very convenient for Liverpool One and the rest of the shops in the city centre. There is a bus from the airport which drops you off at the docks. You can get a return bus at Liverpool One bus centre. It’s £2 for each journey. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
