The staff member checking me in even offered to send a drink (and chocolates after he found out I didn't drink) to my room after I mentioned that it was my birthday! Plus, the room is lovely as always. It also helps that the hotel leads right into the restaurant Ruka next door. One of the best dining experiences in the city!"

"Solo female traveler for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was adorable and very helpful. I was cold on the first night they added an extra blanket the next day and adjusted the room temperature. The bathrooms are shared. I was absolutely horrified I had to share them with everyone but they were spotless every day. The hotel is a few minutes away from downtown. I will come back once I'm in Boston again :-)"
