Our stay here was kind of average. I was a bit disappointed as the property had really good reviews from what I had seen. The staff are lovely and helpful however the rooms are small (even by Tokyo standards) we are used to small rooms however usually small rooms have a clever space to put your bags and have ample hooks for towels and clothes and little cubby holes for other things. This place didn’t even Joe a towel rack or hook in the bathroom. There was just no where to store anything. Also the bedding had stains on it when we checked in and the bed wasn’t made well so all the sheets untucked the second you got into it. The area is great, lots to do, great connection to Shinjuku station ect. It’s just a shame the design of the room isn’t great and the cleanliness wasn’t good.

Very nice hotel with good transportation options nearby. The area was very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish is that the bathroom was a little bit more updated but aside from that everything else was perfect.
