"the only issue during our stay was the doorman/porter. they don't allow us to use their hand track to bring our luggage up to room. Meanwhile, they are too short handed to assist the luggage. Ended, we were standing at the front door and waiting for the porter to move the hand track for more than 30 minutes. "

"The hotel is next to the main river that runs through Chicago. Great location. Loads of shops and eating places nearby. If you come in from the airport on the blue line, 10 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi can take 30 mins to one hour depending on the time of day and traffic. My room was 1101. Very quiet and looked out on the water front. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. "
