"We booked this hotel for one night when on a road trip through Switzerland, the check-in was smooth, the staff were very polite and helpful. We booked the Royal Double Room with views of the valley, which was spectacular! The room was very nice, cosy and clean, with a large TV (which has international channels), a mini-bar which is reasonably priced. "The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is next door to a service station. Has an outdoor eating area but it overlooks a building site. Some parking at the front of the hotel but told that it’s not owned by the Moxy so had to use the underground car park (CHF12 per night)."

So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties.
