"Nice hotel, convenient for family with children. What it really needs is to repair mini golf court and much more improve cleanness of dishware, it was sometimes disgusting (plates, cava glasses) and improvement of some staff attitude (to be more friendly and not so nasty). "

"This is my second time staying here. Rooms are nice but I am not a fan of the bedroom location of the suites as it’s back to back with the hallway so you hear all the late night people and early risers. The pool service is poor. The place could be empty and you still have to sit there for a long time waiting for this one guy ‘Santi’ to take your order. He is not the friendliest. "My husband and I wanted four nights away in the sunshine and warmth to sit and look at the sea and feel indulged and that is exactly what the hotel La Isla y El Mar gave us. Wonderful friendly and happy staff from reception to the restaurant to the bar. We even got a new cocktail on the house from David in the Kentia bar! We had a wonderful massage and couples experience in the spa. If you want to get away for a short break to the warmth and not do very much this is the perfect spot."
