"The hotel stay was awesome!. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. The staff was very polite and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to revisting Berlin and staying at the hotel again. I was so comfortable and the surrounding restaurants had great food options. The rooms were very clean and efficient. We had 3 rooms in total and my family was very pleased with their stay as well. There is plenty of shopping areas as well. "

"European don't do breakfast like in North America. The buffet is not as good as a buffet at 4 star hotel in North America. Their were only beacon and sausage no ham. They didn't have waffles or eggs Benedict. They did have lots of breads and fruit and cheese. It just wasn't worth 42 Euros unless it had more meat choice maybe crepes and waffles and eggs Benedict. "Its proximity to local transportation and its good price makes this an a convenient and affordable accommodation. The room was clean and tidy but there were no towels in the bathroom and you need to ask for them in the reception desk. I asked for a hair dryer and they also gave me one. The building is not new but it is in good condition. On the other hand, the reception personnel didn't know any English and it was almost impossible to communicate.
