"too far from public transportation; taxi service excellent and always available. too far from convenient restaurants for me except for Caruso's which was not that good. friendly staff. however they informed me there were no extra charges for in-room phone calls and my bill reflected charges for SEVEN! do i get a refund? all three staff members assured me there was no extra change for the calls before i made them. "What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. There was a lovely balcony looking over a central area. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had an extensive pillow menu. This hotel definitely lives up to its 5 star rating. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely recommend. "
