"The elevator to my floor was broken for two days which meant one had to carry up and down one flight. Also initial announcements on how to get to the different floor was non existent for 12 hrs, and one was left in searching how to get down… no clear signature to stairs etc…"

"First time in Berlin I couldn’t believe all the famous places great architecture in history that I could ride a bicycle to as soon as I arrive. I loved being able to rent a bicycle ride at the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The food in the cocktails in the lobby were great."

"Beautiful building with interesting common parts. Horribly designed, impractical rooms. Shaving mirror attached to wall so you need to lean around sink to use it. Bedside control panel behind bedhead, so you have to get out of bed to use it. Phone charging unit and USB point not working. Aircon made strange intermittent noises. Staff very nice but so amateur. Worst club sandwich I have ever had. Expedia discount on food had not been applied to bill at check out. Had to ask for this. Hotel...
