Large Ocean View Home with Guest Quarters Close to the Beach Four Large Decks


This beautiful home with fantastic ocean views is in a prime location in Oceanside with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The main house has four large bedrooms with queen beds, one with an additional twin bed. There are many recent updates and remodeled bathrooms. You can add the Guest Quarters to your reservation for an additional fee, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a fold out queen bed. Rental rates for the Guest Quarters are $100 a night, $45 cleaning fee and lodging tax. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the house and has a large deck. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. Both kitchens are fully equipped and both units have outdoor gas grills. and porch swings. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance. This beautiful beach house works great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.

We loved everything about our stay!!! The view, the amenities, everything was perfect. We did have a couple cancel on us and it ended up working out because then we would of needed 3 large cars but only ended up with two. If we had three large cars they would not of fit in the drive way. Still worked with 2 so all was great!!bu we could of just paked at the beach so really it was no big deal. He host had all set up great and we had an amazing time!!! Thank you!!!

Large beautiful house overlooking beach. Well stocked with everything needful for a large group including games, beach equipment, bbq and kitchen. We had good weather- sunny with a cold breeze. The Tillamook Air Museum provided a good field trip.

Priceless Property to Create Memories
Oceanside is a special beach (everytime we visit, it's a new experience) and this beach house is a special place! Besides the priceless, unobstructed views, everything about the layout of the house is intentionally cozy, entertaining and designed for memories! We loved this house so much! It was well stocked and a fun space for families! Beautiful view! Only wish that the listing would have been a little more clear about needing to book the guest quarters separately. Overall though we highly recommend and would stay here again.

Ladies Hiking Group Getaway
We had a wonderful time in this great house. Plenty of room for us all. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely linens and bedrooms. Very well maintained. The manager was quick to respond when we had questions. And the views from the multiple decks couldn't be more stunning. We would recommend for groups of friends and extended families.

Amazing vacation rental!
This house was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering for spring break! The house is well stocked with puzzles, movies, books, beach toys and chairs and so much more. It is just a quick walk down to the beach and there are two restaurants in walking distance as well. We have absolutely no complaints and would love to come back soon!

This is a place where our group has stayed several times before so obviously we love it!!! Mickey is a very responsive owner which is always a plus! (She is also a wonderful decorator as the decor in this house reflects.) This is probably the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. It has absolutely everything you need! The beds are very comfortable and the house was clean from stem to stern! The view is outstanding!!! We would highly recommend this for anyone that is looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by beauty,

The Mazure Clan Wedding
This was a AMAZING home for our family of 10. We rented the home and guest quarters. There is NOTHING you need to bring. SO clean and well appointed! Beachy theme! The only issue was parking with five cars. Only three cars can be parked diagonally and we had 5 vehicles as we were out of state arriving and departing at different times. We parked by a near mural and had to park in one other area, as the fire hydrant doesn’t allow two cars by the fire hydrant. It was such a GREAT home and the owner Mickey was SO good to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Wi-Fi and cell service is poor, but that is all throughout Oceanside. If we are ever in the area, we will look NO further! Such a fantastic weekend!!!!!!!!!

Mom’s 80th birthday getaway
All of us were so impressed with this lovely place! So clean and organized. The kitchen had everything from utensils to condiments and cooking oil. It also had a coffee bar and a cocktail bar with a sink. The bedrooms were so comfortable and individuality heated. We even had a card table we could bring out for puzzles. The fireplace with the beautiful view of the ocean was so perfect! Thanks Mickey for being so accommodating and lending us your awesome place!
