In the middle of the black volcanic landscape near the west coast of Lanzarote is the 100m2 large holiday home "Finca La Costa" on the outskirts of the village in an idyllic and quiet location.



The holiday home, built in the typical style of the island and comfortably furnished, has a living room with a cosy sofa, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, stove, oven and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed each, the third with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom and offers space for 6 persons.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine and a television.



The outside area is particularly attractively designed and equipped and is certainly one of the highlights of your holiday on Lanzarote:



In the garden there is a private whirlpool at your disposal. Beautiful green areas, an outdoor barbecue, a discreet night lighting of the complex - here you can end your holidays in a relaxed way. A telescope is also available for nightly observations of the starry sky. The view from this holiday home ranges from the volcanic cones to the coast and the sea, creating an inimitable atmosphere during your stay.



Within a radius of 1 - 1,5 km there are several supermarkets, which can be reached on foot in about a quarter of an hour. You will find a large selection of restaurants within a radius of about 700 - 1500 m.

In approx. 12 minutes by car you can reach the small natural beach Playa Mejías, which is mostly visited by locals. The drive to the bigger beach Playa de Famara takes a few minutes longer. The quieter beaches of the east coast are about half an hour away by car.

The airport of Lanzarote is about 20 km or 25 minutes drive away.

Beautiful remote private location

Everything was as described. The location is beautiful and very convenient. Nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes drive away. Easy parking on site. Would have been nice if there were a few more amenities - coal for barbecue, oil, spices etc but that might be due to COVID restrictions and just to our preference! Otherwise 5/5 for the location, amenities and Daniel is super responsive with any issues we contacted him about without being intrusive. You must watch the stars at night whilst sat in the hot tub! Amazing! Will return

Fantástico! amplia, cómoda y limpia!

Pros: La casa es amplia y espaciosa! estuvimos muy agusto! No pasan apenas coches por la calle/carretera de enfrente, es una calle poco importante. Así que el ruido es nulo. Pudimos descansar muy bien. Todo en planta baja sin escalones. Ideal para carros de bebés o personas con discapacidad.

Maison très propre….mais aucun accueil,dommage !!!

Maison très propre,mais pas de chauffage donc très humide à l’intérieur et froid. Ustensiles de cuisine réduit au strict minimum,pas de panier d’accueil sauf une bouteille de vin de Lanzarote Aucune explication quant au fonctionnement des appareils….et code wifi à chercher soi même !!!! Dommage….

Great stay in Lanzarote out of the tourist areas

Pros: Propreté, terrasse et vue. Grand salon, grande tv. Bonne connection internet. Situation tranquille tout en étant proche d'un village. Cons: Un golden book would have been appreciated, places to go, restaurants etc.
