"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, the view was incredible. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any queries. The breakfast was divine, and being on Christmas, they went the extra mile to celebrate this. There were Christmas foods and treats, and it all felt festive. The whole stay was a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to stay again."

"I particularly liked the breakfast with a view over the park. Unfortunately there was a function in the level 1 bar so we did not get our welcome drink after we checked in as it was too busy. And room service was very slow. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay "
