It’s…perfectly adequate, just not great. The lobby is cool in a bizarre Italianate way. It’s a great location if you have to travel by Greyhound. (Hopefully you don’t.) It felt like the 80’s, but not in a good way. You can walk to the Capitol though, so that’s good!

Property was big, but outdated. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Decent amenities, fun for my kiddos who enjoyed the arcade. A trek from the main property as well, be prepared to walk.

Fairly easy to find, but was not given any info about underground parking. Lobby, open areas are very nice looking, especially at night. Elevator, corridors, room entry very worn out, no appearance of updates. Room had a bad odor. Bed needs to be replaced as it's sunk down in the middle. Neighbors were either EXTREMELY loud, or walls EXTREMELY thin or both. Could hear every word they said. Breakfast was OK. Miss brewed coffee.

It was so beautiful inside and nicely decorated! Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast! The pool and exercise room looked wonderful, although I didn’t have time to use them.

Conveniently placed for downtown Topeka. Hotel was ok, we stayed on the top floor of the tower and it was very quiet. Room was clean but a little tired looking. Lift was a little scary and I worried it'd breakdown but it didn't thankfully. Breakfast did have a hot choice which was nice

Hotel is very old and rundown. Had its hay day in the 80s and now it is pretty sad. None of the equipment in the gym worked at all and the breakfast wasn’t very good. I would not recommend to any business traveler.
