"Surf City is a very laid back place with not much to do in terms of activities but the beach is peaceful, beautiful and clean. The house we have been is clean, well maintained with all the amenities needed to get the feel of home. It has beautiful views from the deck towards the swamps. The hosts were very courteous and helpful. Overall our trip was very peaceful and quiet time to catch up with family."

"This beach house was huge! There was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The basketball and foosball were great for the boys. We loved that the two queen rooms went out to the hot tub. There are 4 full showers! They also provide shower towels and beach towels. The two washers and dryers were great to keep up with the towels. The top floor is stunning. Beautiful views and desk. "This property suited our needs well. Beach was just a 3 minute walk away, and we went every day! This is not a regular beach access site, so there is no public parking, but there is also no lifeguard or rip current warnings - make sure to check the surf conditions everyday and watch your kids. "This property is oceanfront and in the perfect location! Very nice place and plenty of room for all 8 of us. Upon check-in we did notice sand on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen floor, in some of the bedroom drawers and on the sofas. There was also trash from the previous renter on the floor under the edge of the sofa. But these were easily fixed and the rest of the unit was very clean! Owner was attentive and responsive, and great about keeping us updated on the tropical storm moving...
