"Location was perfect "

"I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Hotel Indigo. The facilities were spotless, the amenities were excellent and the staff was superb. The breakfast was delicious, with an enormous amount of choices and the bar at Beau was the perfect place to have a drink after a busy day of sightseeing. We were walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The side road the hotel sits on was quiet, with charming church bells tolling every so often. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bath. "

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"
