I stayed in a standard room for two weeks. What I like most was lt's convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from Subway line 1. The room I stayed in had a closet, a rable with chair, full sized comfortable bed, and large windows that I really appreciated. The property also has a decent kitchen, which I enjoyed using to cook my meals. However, I would have been happier if the room had been cleaned at least once a week. The room temperature I didnt feel comfortable because the hearing system was inconsistent- some day it was too hot when heater is on, while other days it was cold when the heater is off. Overall, I would say it's nice stayed in this property

Property is located near york univeristy and as named said it is very quite in here. Cleanliness was lacking. I found dust velow my bed and side table. The microwave and other kitchen equipment needs big cleaning. Washrooms has mold. Only single towel was peovided to me during 3 nights and 4 days of stay and my request for the extra towel were ignored. This might work for student but it wasn't ideal place for me. I would not go back there. If you are looking for one night stay away from downtown. This might work for them but it is not for everyone.

The room was as advertised, clean and the host was nice. The wifi didn't reach the room properly, but she graciously allowed me to move to another room with better coverage.

Mrs Wong was friendly and communicative .. the property is basic and clean and affordable ! five minutes walk from the uni. Ideal for someone who simply needs a bed for when they are visiting a student . It was amazingly quiet . I’ll return for sure .

I was here for taylors swifts eras tour and i am very happy with it. Im glad i didnt spend a fortune to stay somewhere else, its affordbale even when taylors in town, Its 10 minutes from the finch west station it was so easy to get back and forth to down town from that and it was so close too. Mcdonalds is up the street. The room was nice and clean, lovely bedding. It was a cozy little room for a couple days i think ill be back next time im in toronto for anything :)

One of the filthiests place I've even been at. The owner admitted that the room had not been used in a long time, but did not have it cleaned even though I booked one month in advance. She will say that she offered to change rooms. This is true, but: 1) Only because I complained; 2) Only after the 2nd night; I had to sleep the first one with dust balls; 3) She was very sarcastic, and claimed that I had high standards for a $60 USD/night room. I have pictures to prove how disgusting the room was, and the fact that she knew that the room was dirty before I told her is just unacceptable.

I didn't love my experience there. The bed was comfortable, but there was rat feces in several locations around the room, as well as a rag wrapped around an exposed pipe to keep it from dripping. I opted for the private bathroom, but, avoided using it because it was so unsanitary. To top it off, i came back around 11 one night and had someone asking me to let them in the property. I dealt with it. But, it really shouldn't have been up to me to deal with that. The bed was comfortable and there was good public transportation to the property. But, I still wouldn't recommend staying here because of my experience

In a pinch OK
Arrived to a home that had been partitioned off into many different rooms. Was given code to house and room I was given was first one after you entered the home. Entered the room and it was about 35 degrees with the curtains and window open. No air conditioning unless I wanted to move to the basement. Was told not to worry that it would cool down at night but wasn't sure about leaving window open. Many other people showed up to sleep there and woke me up at 4 am as they slammed doors. Bathroom on main floor had a toilet and sink. I didn't look for a shower. In a pinch it met my needs as close to York U.
