"Loved the room and the view, staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. One issue was that there was a wine stain on the carpet beside the bed, I reported it to the cleaning staff as I didn’t want them thinking it was our fault. They cleaned the room each day but did nothing about the stain on the carpet. The other issue was the water pressure, there was a lovely big bath but it took an age to fill up"

"The stay was lovely and a good value for money, the room was a bit outdated and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable as you can feel the springs. The pools area was good just needs some tlc to bring it back up."

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."

"Provided all cleaning products and so didn’t have to buy or bring much from home. Also no dogs allowed in the building "

"Staff were excellent and went above and beyond. Staff resolved blue badge parking quickly and efficient. Room was clean and big overlooking the front garden. Breakfast was excellent Indoor pool was excellent and clean Thank you for a great stay"

"Nice hotel very central, have stayed here a couple of times before good value for money, only problem we had this weekend the breakfast buffet had rang out and lots of people were waiting for food to come out of the kitchen, due to the restaurant staff probably not keeping the kitchen informed? On the whole though this is a good comfortable hotel ."
