5/5 Excellent
"Beautiful grounds with private trail. Room has good amenities and food choices/service was excellent. It’s 10min boat ride to town so it’s a bit inconvenient (trade off is super quiet hotel) and gets costly for taxi boat ($8pp one way). There was construction above our room (#15) so we couldn’t take a nap or sleep in! Otherwise it’s a superb hotel and we would absolutely come back! "

"What a place to stay. Free boat transfer to and from the little airfield. Really nice food and drinks. Rooms don’t have AC but are wide open and well ventilated. However those are small points compared to the entire area of the hotel and the surroundings.
You walk one way to the beach, it’s full of little seating areas, pontoons and places to just enjoy the nature and surroundings. We spent evenings on a pontoon watching the sun set, afternoons in the hammock on the balcony your room has, and the hot days by the pool. Iguanas randomly wander around the place, and visited the pool on our last day. Howler monkeys occasionally swing by, and there are endless birds, one we didn’t notice was 2 meters away from us whilst we were enjoying the pontoon. We went in turtle laying season, and saw a wild turtle laying its eggs. There are boat tours, night hikes, canoe expeditions, hikes and other activities, all with endless wildlife around.
Truly a wonderful place and experience. "
