"Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion. "

"This is a unique hotel. The pros are the daytime staff, Rolando, and Oscar. It is clean and offers a spacious room. This hotel could be so much more if they had a refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. If they had a guard rail coming down the stairs as if you’re on a higher floor, it would be very treacherous, there is a restaurant upstairs in fact above the unit we stayed in, but no one told us that . it would have great views the bed was very comfortable.
