"This is such a magical place. The cabin is located on a beautiful property with trails, gardens, and a happy hound, Ollie. "We booked this amazing property for a 60th birthday & Girls trip to get away from the men & boys in our lives! It was perfect!!! There is so much room. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. "The house is located at the beautiful river. River flowing sound helps to relax after a long day of nature exploration. It has a good location to visit Canada, Montreal or to get to the Adirondack Mountains. You can easily find places to fish or just enjoy the wilderness. "My family vacationed here in the summer. We love this house and the overall location. Lots to do with all the VIC trails nearby, canoeing/kayaking, rail trail cycling. Bob and Sheila are great hosts and the house is well equipped. Particularly nice is the outdoor area where you can enjoy an evening fire and view the stars. Communication with owners was prompt and the check in process/tour by Barbara and her daughter, along with the goodie basket and a note for us was a nice personal touch! We felt very welcomed. The kids (teenage girls) did puzzles, canoed and kayaked. My husband and I canoed in the rain (fishing) and saw an otter swimming towards us, it felt a little magical.
