"Loved that the property was absolutely spotless. We also appreciated having fresh coffee available 24/7 as well as having a K - cup brewer in the room. The staff at all levels were beyond friendly and helpful. The beach area was immaculately maintained as were the restrooms on the main floor. The room was thoroughly cleaned on the third day and I witnessed one room getting a true deep clean while walking down the hall. It’s very clear that the staff and management care about cleanliness and great service. One disappointment was the bed. It was a king which we love but it was not firm, and it was hot sleeping despite the air conditioning. The other disappointment was no smart tv which meant we were limited in choices. But admittedly that is a minor issue. "

"This is my second stay at this charming place and I sprang for a second floor beach view room, which was totally worth it! My balcony had a lot of cobwebby/dead plant material clinging to the corners and the legs of the furniture, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to request a cleaning before I used it. The beach is well kept and the casting device in the tv was a nice surprise. Friendly staff, pretty rooms, breakfast came right on time every day. My greatest wish is that it could be a child-free hotel, but the kids there provided amusement as much as they caused annoyance. Overall it was peaceful for a place that seems to attract a lot of families."

"We went to Traverse City for the Cherry Festival Air show. We stayed at Bayshore Resort room 308. We were able to view the Air Show from our balcony. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Staff and hotel were absolutely lovely! Would stay here again, for more days. The beach, beach chairs, gazebo and outdoor eating space and fire pit were just what we needed. The ducks were a nice touch too. The fine sand was perfect for walking and exploring. "
