"Owner upgraded me and moment I arrived offered me a cake and a hot chocolate and did that 2 out of the 3 mornings which was nice , also as he moved me to a bigger room I had a much more comfortable stay -only thing I would say is 2 out of the 3 mornings I was woken up around 8 am by very loud staff assume it was cleaners ,so yep was woken up twice and like many people once woken and the noise persists it’s very hard to then get back to sleep and I didn’t really want to be awake at 8 ish when on...
