was a nice touch each morning. Tiger at the front desk made our stay very welcoming and he was full of helpful information. A definite asset to this property. the hotels location is great. It is on a street full of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. The only downside was walking up all the steps to get to our room!"

"We booked for 3 nights of stay in Daphne Luxury Suite. However, we were told on the morning of our check-in, that the proposed apartment was dirtied by the heavy rain, and we had to stay in 2 separate units. 2 of us had to stay in a 3 star looking tiny room, while the other 4 stayed in a Junior Suite 2 floors away. To add to the inconvenience, we had to relocate to the original proposed apartment the next day, which messed up our Day Trip plans. The caretaker lady was very kind, and she helped...

"Beautiful old hotel in the heart of the walled city. The room had windows over looking the rooftops of Cortona and down in to the valley… beautiful. Swallows flying right by the windows.. Lovely front desk/reception staff… very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is safe and quiet. Decent continental
