"The hotel is perfect in every way. Really spacious room and bath. Close to restaurants and walking distance to Trevi, Coliseum, Victory Monument, Forum. We could not have been happier. We will definitely stay there again. Yaruska is a great proprietor. Note that the stairs & elevator can not accommodate those in a wheel chair. "

However, we were told on the morning of our check-in, that the proposed apartment was dirtied by the heavy rain, and we had to stay in 2 separate units. 2 of us had to stay in a 3 star looking tiny room, while the other 4 stayed in a Junior Suite 2 floors away. "A fantastic welcome. The room was very well cleaned and even got some croissants as well which I think was fantastic. They have air conditioning as well which is so essential in Rome. And if there is anything, they are very helpful and always willing to help. Genuinely a great hotel in the middle of Rome and monuments are literally walking distances. "
