"I really enjoyed my stay in Prana! From check-in through out the duration of my stay, they exceeded my expectation. The atmosphere is very chill and tranquil. The breakfast options were limited but no complaints, I enjoyed my fruit platter every morning after eating our hearts out with tacos every night. The location was perfect, two minutes away from Chedraui grocery store where we got our essentials. Everything was walkable in the area. They cleaned and tidied out our room everyday and the staff were very friendly especially Rosie and Miguel at the reception. They were very attentive of our needs and made our trip to Tulum exceptional. I would stay here again when I come back. I highly recommend Prana to anyone wanting to visit Tulum! "

"This property was beautiful and authentic, perfect Tulum vibes. The waitstaff were amazing and some were even Mayan which was incredible to chat with them about. The front desk staff was ok- they were a bit on their high horse at times and tried to overcharge for a few things we did not use in the room ( read your bill throughly!!). But the waitstaff and chefs I can’t compliment enough ! Excellent with food allergies, requests and got everything right every time. Amazing people. "
