"Overall the hotel was ok, especially the staff. Any issues I had were dealt straight away. The staff were very courteous and always welcoming. I didn't feel the status of the hotel and the level of cleanliness fell below expectations. When ever the room was cleaned it felt more rushed and not done completely. Facilities were 1st class, with the pools although would have liked to see more ladders installed to get in and out of the pool, as it was difficult to get out without them. Rooms were...
