I was welcomed to the hotel by a very friendly concierge who offered to take my bag from the taxi and helped to translate between myself and the driver, before introducing me to the reception staff whom were equally as friendly. The room itself was exceptionally nice, very spacious and clean with a lovely patio/ balcony, and a large desk for working from. The location of the room however, was less than ideal. "The rooms and bathrooms are well kept and look very nice which I appreciated. Unfortunately it's on a busy street, it's exrremely noisy with the windows open and still noisy with the windows closed, the AC didn't work so it was stuffy, and the walls are very thin -- we could hear the other rooms guests with clarity. So a bad night sleep."
