"Only stayed the 1 night. Staff amazing from reception, bar staff and the poor individual that had to change a bed at midnight after original sofa bed jammed. Really felt well looked after and hotel was really pleasant. "

"Very convenient for transportation since the hotel lobby is connected to the Underground. Also very good to have complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. "

"This is my 3rd stay at the tower hotel,i absolutely love this hotel and even better if your able to book a room with a view of the bridge its just stunning. It was also a belated birthday trip for my daughter and the staff left chocolates,wine and a cake in the room too which was such a surprise and really lovely,breakfast was fab also."

" A lovely but short stay in the hotel (we were only in London for one night!) but the room was lovely and comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and the bathroom huge! Lots of lovely touches for kids as it was during half term and a great breakfast (kids ate free!) "
