"We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! "What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. "Staff service was fantastic, the rooms were good, however I was in a handicap room which wasn't a problem but due to the way the hotel is structured, again a good thing, the handicap room is closest to the reception area so at night and morning there was a relative constant footfall of guests passing the room, not being noisy but not being quiet either. potentially could do with additional soundproofing for this room."

"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

Great relaxing break.

"Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. "

Enjoyable stay, excellent friendly staff.

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a vegan option. The Ibis was situated just off the main road but we didn’t get any road noise, the car park wasn’t full and we were able to charge our car easily. The park and ride is opposite if you don’t want to drive, "
