The views are outstanding! The staff especially the young lady at the recepcion, Fernando and Luis at the bar. The food was good. The transportation from hotel and to the train was very convenient. The very unfortunate issue was that there was no water for some hours at night! Other than that it was a great stay!

The prices for dinner- they serve family style- is not worth the price. I found a piece of metal in my soup and another ocasión, they ran out of the menu item and we were given chicken instead of steak. The transportation from the hotel to the various sites, such as the “parque “ was expensive for a 6 minute drive. I won’t return under this conditions.

The place is great and and the view is incredible. A lifetime experience. The room view is incredible and the activities around the hotel are very nice In the other hand, I must say the staff of the front desk are not very polite, they are not mean but they need to be more polite and maybe smile more. I say this because any time I want to ask for some help they didnt even say hi or say they were busy , they just kept me waiting forever saying nothing. The other bad point is that the food in the restaurant is not cheap and also not great in my opinion. In average 27 dollars each person and that’s the unique price . They don’t have a menu to choose different options In general the hotel is great, the place is nice and the view is breathtaking I just want to be honest so other people know my own experience

The stay was fantastic, with clean rooms and amazing views. The disappointment was our dining experience, the portions where ridiculously small and they served me a raw piece of chicken. The plate literally came with a side of vegetables that consisted of two cauliflower pieces. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FOOD BOARD!! You will not get your money's worth.

Lo mejor del hotel es la vista espectacular que tienen, sin embargo no compensa con que son muy poco amables, no se adaptan a las necesidades del huesped. Precioso lugar con esa vista espectacular, me hizo sentir con mucha paz y tranquilidad. Me encantó que la hospitalidad inició desde que fueron por nosotros a la estación del Tren Divisadero para llevarnos al hotel, el Chofer súper atento y amable. La experiencia en el Restaurante me activó todos los sentidos, el sabor de los alimentos es delicioso (felicitaciones al Chef y su equipo) me hubiera gustado conocerlo para agradecerle personalmente. Los meseros super atentos igualmente, son una joya! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

El hotel es muy elevando en precio por lo que ofrece, los servicios de bar y alimentos dejan de servirse súper temprano, no dan opciones después 930-10 pm… no hay nada que hacer en la propiedad y está muy alejada del pueblo para salir a caminar, muchos perritos deambulando afuera en estacionamiento de la propiedad. Ni para ver televisión porque no sirve el volumen del la habitación que nos tocó, no tenían el registro de mi reservación, venden cada clave de internet y no sirve en las habitaciones solo en los pasillos… la experiencia cero satisfactoria…

El hotel esta increíble nuestra estadía fue de 3 días, la habitación cuenta con una terraza con una espectacular vista a las barrancas, contemplen el amanecer es un espectáculo. La vista es espectacular, sin embargo, la atención del personal es deficiente y sobre todo en recepción; los horarios y menús pre establecidos por el hotel son inflexibles, los precios son abusivos y las instalaciones deterioradas, pareciera más un hotel con atención hacia extranjeros y olvidado para locales o nacionales, de hecho, todo es con cobro en tarjeta, aún cuando hay momentos en que su terminal no funciona. No hay internet abierto, tienes que comprar tarjetas por 24 horas y donde incluso ni siquiera te aseguran que llegue la señal a las habitaciones, pues solo puedes conectarte en áreas comunes. No hay lugares cercanos para comer y si tienes hambre fuera de sus horarios tendrás que esperar a su cena o comida de 3 tiempos (sin opción a elegir) en horarios fijos por 595 pesos por persona y sin bebidas incluidas. Al final, pagué 10,000 MXN por dos noches y el servicio dejó mucho que desear, pareciera que nos estaban haciendo un favor.
