"The property was beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay! The pool and the available excursions made it very enjoyable. Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. Instead we got a “pizza party” this was fine except the cost was not presented to us prior. The pool was also closed early due to a wedding. "Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. "

"What an amazing hotel. Fantastic views and so quiet. Beautifully set up in the mountains, it's just what you want for peace and quiet. The grounds around the hotel are perfectly kept. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "
