"We loved this cottage, it is well equipped and very comfortable. We liked the location as we had good views of the mountains and sea from the spacious balcony. The owner left us oranges and lemons and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed! There is also excellent internet connectivity. We would certainly return if we were to stay in Puerto Sóller again."

"This is the perfect house if you are looking for a cycling trip in Mallorca. The house is quietly and ideally situated close to everything you want to ride on the island. It has a great set-up with large terraces, big living room (enough room for 14 people to eat inside), 14 separate beds to get you well deserved sleep, a big map with routes and climbs of the island on the wall, and a garage to store and maintain your bikes. "The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

"The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy...

"Wir waren in der kühleren Jahreszeit auf Mallorca, aber die Finca von Christopher und Monica kann einem selbst verregnete Tage versüßen! Ein wirklich tolles, großes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die es für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist natürlich super! Schön ruhig in einer Wohngegend, Blick auf die Bucht von Palma und in 20 Minuten Fußmarsch an den belebten Stränden von Arenal. Kommunikation, Checkin und Gästeinformation waren ebenfalls top. Bis zum nächsten Mal! "
