"We choose to visit Gran Canaria every year late January and stayed at this hotel for the first time for a change. The hotel is in excellent condition and offers all the luxuries you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered lots of choice and overall was very satisfactory. We requested a sea view room on the right side of the hotel to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun which we received. The pool areas were very nice with plenty of sun beds and shade if required....

The entertainment was good and there was something on all day if you wanted Food was nice,pool was great abd the grounds are lovely. "Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. "
