"A lovely house that has been sympathetically refurbished to give a well-appointed home, with lots of lovely touches, like the availability of beach towels and a beach parasol . Floriana is very close to Valletta, but a little quieter and in a very friendly neighbourhood. Ilona is an excellent host and we would certainly book the property again."

"The stay at the apartment was in general terms good. However a few points to note: 1. The bath / shower arrangements are crazy. The shower head is handheld and the room behind the bed is wallpapered and not fit for being used as a shower area. Change the room to a wet room . 2. The kitchen worktops are tired and starting to split. Needs to be replaced. Despite that, it is a great central location, however can be a little noisy when the bars etc empty, but not too bad. "A quirky old Maltese house. Very clean and comfortable room and bed with lovely harbour views. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous. Also unable to see to read on the balcony too due to the lighting and no comfy chairs to relax outside. "
