You can’t get real help from anyone. I made the mistake of not doing the check in prior to arriving so once we got here it was extremely painful as I couldn’t get it to work. "

"This is one of our favorite areas of Vancouver, it's so nice that there's a clean and affordable hotel to stay right in the middle of it (with a place to park!). Hotel is easy to access, super easy to walk from there to access many areas of Vancouver including downtown and Stanley Park, and SO many food and shopping options just within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Hotel itself was clean and well kept on our recent visit. Staff super polite."
