When I approached the front desk, Dennis was very accommodating. He offered to pick us up from the airport, he also offered us any sundries we could possibly need. And he explained all the hotels amenities. We returned our rental car and Derrick came in the company car and picked us up! He drove very safely and as we went, he explained all the fun and exciting things to do around the hotel. Honestly, this was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is amazing! When in town, I will always stay here. I give it a 10/10. Btw… the pictures for the advertisement do not do it justice. It is far more beautiful than you think. "
"First time to visit Whistler and it was a good decision to find a hotel in the village. Luckily found this gem. Located centrally and closed to everything. The only thing I didn't really like is the basement or underground parking- too tight. Good if you have a small car though."
