Very unwelcoming staff at the check in desk, no additional information about hotel or its amenities, just issued our room keys and was irritated when I have to ask additional information about pool and hot tub. Our room was not cleaned two days in a row and we had to call to request for room service/ I did not expect it from Westin. "
