"New... Quaint.... Lodge Rooms are newer, nicely decorated with unique finishings creating a modern cottage/lodge feel. Large dock to enjoy the beautiful Sproat Lake with paddle boards, Kayaks and Canoes for use. Its 1.5 hours from Tofino and 10 minutes to Port Alberni. Property is on a busy road however the Lakeside is quiet. The restaurant was close when we were there (Tuesday)."

"Cottage was spacious, clean, quiet and very well provisioned. It was like a second home for us. It was close to the beach and Provincial Park yet far enough away to feel very private. Area was flat and safe for grandchildren and their biking. Patio/deck was generous in size and suitable for dining or play. Would definitely book Oceanside again!"

"I paid extra for an upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and really good! The kitchen was well stocked with what you would need to cook something. Living room that is separate from the bedroom was so comfortable as well that we spent most of the time in the living room anyway!"
