"have stayed here twice. obviously very old building: no elevator, surrounded by a lot of abandoned and manufacturing buildings. HOWEVER: cheap, pretty spacious, water pressure is nice. toilets work. beds are comfy. went downstairs and was told no breakfast even though i got an email from them claiming breakfast was complimentary but no biggie.
